Integrated Test Corp purchased the RTX-113HV MicroTech x-ray system for inspection of dense multilayer printed boards with down to 6 mil. holes. This system contains a high voltage 80 kv x-ray tube for inspecting large backplanes and the z axis positioning of the x-ray camera enables the machine to achieve up to 100x geometric and 225x optical magnification.

 

Integrated Test Corp has been fabricating leading-edge ATE test boards for almost 35 years. Operating out of Dallas, Texas with a 39,000 square foot manufacturing facility, they have supplied PCB fabrication for almost all of the IC and ATE manufacturers either directly or indirectly through third party design firms. Their focus on the high performance,  high-complexity, quick-turn ATE market has helped us keep pace with the extremely challenging aspects of this segment.
