Tampa Microwave, now operating in a new 30,000 square-foot facility in Clearwater, Florida, has recently installed Glenbrook’s JewelBox-70T real-time X-ray inspection system. This advanced X-ray system is designed to detect hidden defects and maintain high-quality standards for PC boards with BGAs, QFNs, and connectors.

 

The JewelBox-70T X-ray system offers superior image quality with excellent resolution and sensitivity, making it ideal for laboratory and failure analysis applications. Featuring a 10-micron MicroTech™ X-ray source, the system provides magnification ranging from 7X to 2000X and a resolution of 100 line pairs/mm.
